Exercise
There are various self help initiatives that a person can do to work in parallel with their physician in overcoming panic attackdisorder. One of the easiest and most rewarding is exercise. When one experiences a good workout your pituitary gland releases endorphins throughout the body. The endorphins are the feel good chemicals produced by the body. They produce feelings of exhilaration and well being in the body similar to that produced by opiates. The endorphins are natures way of counteracting depression and feelings of pain. Start an exercise program now and have it become a habit with you. Then the endorphins will be there when you need them.
