Rosacea Stages and Care
The facial skin disorder called rosacea must be treated with care depending upon the stages involved in it. There are basically four stages of rosacea. The pre-rosacea stage is characterized by varying amount of redness in the skin. It may get transformed into the mild rosacea, which is the next stage, causing flushes that persist for a longer time. The moderate rosacea persists for weeks or months, with the severity of the blemish high. The moderate rosacea gets transformed into advanced rosacea if it is left untreated. The advanced rosacea, is a condition where the face exhibit intense bout of flushing, inflammation, swelling and pain. So, the rosacea skin care involves taking necessary precautions by using sunscreens, cleansers and moisturizers so that the rosacea doesn’t get into the advanced stage, which could lead to scars and acne.
