For many years, I labored on cutting and styling hair for a small group of family and friends.

This was fine for awhile, but I wanted more than just a part time career in the beauty industry.

My long-term goal was to open my own shop and become self-sufficient doing something I love to do.

When I first heard about the Gene Juarez Beauty School and how their programs are designed to give you the training you need around your schedule, I was instantly taken.

The typical course of study can be completed in less than a year while I still work or go to school.

It’s the best of both worlds.
