Joining Cardio And Strength Training

My husband uses his Bowflex in the winter when he isn't outside building retaining walls by hand. I use the treadmill whenever I can't go out to walk or need to get a fast walk in because of a busy day ahead of me. You need to factor in both cardio and weight strengthening gym equipment if you are designing a home gym. And to fight the boredom, throw in a few devices. I do Pilates and QiQuong, my husband has a stretching routine he does. We have an exercise ball that he loves, and I like as long as I don't have to go backward. I keep thinking I'd like a rebounder, but wonder if I shouldn't be practical. And yet…
