    Inspect day care centers for the state.

    You can work under a nutritionist in a health care setting such as a hospital or nursing home. Or maybe even manage that department.

    Not much… go back to school and fiinish it up! There are a ton of you out there and you will need to make yourself competitive. Masters is the best thing to do if you can afford the time and money!
