Excercises To Lose Love Handles: Try Anchoring For Total Body

With this exercise called anchoring, every abdominal muscle in your body is worked—even the deepest muscles. These excercises to lose love handles begin by lying on your back. Put your right foot flat on the floor. Raise your left leg up, bending your knee until your thigh is straight up at a right angle to the floor. Lift both arms over your breast and interlock your fingers. Flex your heel. Then begin to lower your heel slowly while also lowering your arms down toward the floor, but all the way to the floor. When your get close enough to the floor (almost touching) take your legs and arms back to starting position. Remember to try not to take your lower back off the floor at all. Don’t alternate—go 4 times with the left leg first, then 4 times with the right leg. These excercises to lose love handles really work.
