You can start losing stomach fat by taking your exercise regimen seriously.  People need a workout that will be more than just doing some crunches and thinking our midsection will be magically tightened.  We need to remember that stomach fat is really energy storage – so the more calories and energy you burn, the better your chances of matching the fat you’ve stored up.  Get plenty of weight training exercise done, along with cardiovascular exercise.  Going out in the yard and doing chores can even help in reducing calories.  If you take walks, or run, or jog, you can burn more energy than you take in. losing stomach fat
